STIPULATION REGARDING DISPOSITION OF FUNDS

WHEREAS, the United States has agreed not to introduce

the sum of $36,800 it seized from Julio Zavala's residence on

February 15, 1983, in evidence against Mr. Zavala in connection

with the above-captioned indictment, and

WHEREAS, the United States has agreed to return said

funds to the direction of Mr. Zavala,

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the defendant Julio Zavala,

personally and through his counsel Judd Iversen and Marvin Cahn,

and by the United States through Assistant United States Attorney

Mark N. Zanides that the funds will be disbursed as follows: a

cashier's check in the amount of $36,800 will be made payable to

Julio Zavala and Francisco Aviles Saenz and presented to Julio

Zavala through his undersigned counsel in San Francisco,

California.
